1. The program

Protect the Seller Verified is a free credential for real estate agents, offered by Truth in Real Estate®. Registration costs nothing, and every registration is reviewed by a real person before the badge is granted.

2. Your promise

By registering, you agree to answer sellers' questions honestly and completely, to put the seller's outcome ahead of your own paycheck, and to disclose any conflict of interest without being asked.

3. Accurate information

You confirm that the information in your registration, including your production numbers and the areas you work in, is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Review and revocation

Truth in Real Estate® may approve or decline any registration at its discretion, and may revoke the Verified badge if an agent does not live up to the promise above.

5. Contact

By registering, you agree that Truth in Real Estate® may contact you by email and text about your registration and the program. Reply STOP to opt out of texts anytime.
